When you have maximized your current footprint and the time has come to expand, we work closely with your architect through zoning, feasibility, and integration with the existing home, building the budget, scope, and schedule that set the framework for a smooth process. The result is an addition that is architecturally sensitive, thoughtfully integrated, and built to feel as though it was always there.
Building a new home offers an extraordinary degree of personalization, and with that comes tremendous excitement and the potential to be overwhelmed. The preconstruction process is essential. We work with your architect and design team to establish a structured order of decision-making and leverage technology to visualize what will be built, using the time in permitting and early construction to organize the road ahead and protect the project's financial requirements.
